Do I need a referral from a doctor?
No - you can contact us directly at any time for an appointment. We are fully ACC accredited and can lodge an ACC claim on your behalf. It is very quick and easy.
Just give us a call on 07 858 0788 or email our reception team on firstname.lastname@example.org to book your appointment.
What hours are you open?
We are open weekdays from 8am to 6pm. For appointments outside these hours please call the clinic.

Will I be covered by ACC?
If you're unsure if your injury is covered by ACC, call our clinic or come in and see our team.
ACC is a no fault scheme covering anyone physically injured in an accident in New Zealand. This includes sprains and strains, wounds, burns, fractures and dislocations.
It's quick, easy and free to lodge a claim with ACC and we can do this on your behalf at your first appointment. No doctor's referral is required.

Do you offer acupuncture?
Yes, we offer acupuncture. Acupuncture works by simulating the nerves within the skin and muscles as well as endorphins and serotonin and modifies the way pain signals are received.
