Abbey holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (AUT) and worked in private practice in her home town of Morrinsville before joining the team at Align Health. Abbey's broad experience spans acute injuries, sports injuries, chronic conditions as well as return-to-sport rehabilitation and post-operative rehabilitation.

She is a talented sportswoman and is involved in a number of competitive sports, including netball and touch rugby. Abbey is the Physiotherapist for the Morrinsville Sports Rugby Club alongside her role at Align Health.

Abbey has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional care and ongoing support to her clients. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients, from children and adults with sports injuries, to those recovering from joint replacements and other surgical procedures.
