With over 7 years' experience in private clinics in the Waikato, Jaana sees clients with a range of musculoskeletal conditions including sports and work related injuries, back and neck pain, post-surgical rehabilitation and shoulder injuries and conditions. 

A born and bred Hamiltonian, Jaana has been an avid hockey player since childhood and has always enjoyed staying physically active. These interests, combined with her love of understanding how the body and mind work, were the drivers for her career in Physiotherapy. Jaana holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Science (Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy) from AUT.

Jaana combines a mix of massage and manual therapy with exercise prescription to develop tailored treatment plans for her clients. Jaana works at our Anglesea clinic in central Hamilton.
